Can I request an airport pickup?

Yes. Enter the airport as your pickup location and include your flight number, terminal and expected arrival details in the enquiry.

How does Meet & Greet work?

With Meet & Greet, you can request an in-terminal meeting and assistance to the vehicle. We confirm the exact arrangement and any extra charges when quoting.

Are parking and waiting charges included?

These depend on the airport and pickup arrangement. We will clarify any applicable charges in your personalised quotation before you confirm.

Can I request a return journey?

Yes. Include your return flight and travel details in the additional notes so both journeys can be quoted.

Is submitting a quote request a confirmed booking?

No. Your enquiry is not a confirmed booking until availability, price and arrangements have been agreed with Obsidian Executive Cars.
